Basic 3 axis CNC sketch
grabcad
This CNC machine design features a relatively small, yet cost-effective work area. It is more affordable than other designs with similar effectiveness, as it uses only one motor for the Y axis instead of two while keeping the table stationary and all three axes moving. The blue block signifies the machine's operational zone. Included are models of the stepper motors and shaft couplings. A Fusion 360 file with joints has been added to simulate basic three-axis movement. However, the spindle, modeled after a Dremel 3000, and circuitry are yet to be incorporated.
