The distance between the axles is 44.3 millimeters. A big gear has a radius of 35mm, and it's thickness is 16.031mm. A small worm gear has a radius of 23.8mm, and its length is 40mm. A cutout fits snugly into an M8 nut that has been pressed in tightly to eliminate any wobble. Feel free to share your own creations, and take a look at my project with this file: Basic 1:45 Worm Gear designed using Fusion 360 with cutouts for press-fitting two M8 Nuts into the gear and one on each side. Version 2: The hexagon that fits around an M8 Nut was too small, so it was enlarged from 14.3 to 15.
