Basic 1/4" shaft pulley

I'm designing a custom pulley for my mech's steering system with a 1/4-inch shaft. This pulley is optimized for use with bowden wire, but you can likely use other cords as well. Please note that your software may require reducing the size to 0.001 due to its idiosyncrasies. I recommend using a 0.3mm layer height and thick infill for this project if you plan on performing heavy-duty tasks with it.
