This is a personal account of the second genetically modified potato, "Fortuna," for which BASF applied EU approval on October 31st, 2011. It also served as an opportunity to calibrate my new machine and familiarize myself with the Thingiverse publishing process. The experience emphasized the importance of considering what we consume.
