The baseplate enables mounting a spindle clamp (spindle diameter: 52 or 55mm) for the modular Spindlemount (Root CNC 3 Lite) from FlorianBraehler (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2792524).\r\n\r\nSpindle clamps with a hole distance of 20x70mm and mounting holes for M6 screws fit perfectly.\r\n\r\nAdditional materials are required:\r\n4x M6 nut\r\n4x M6x65mm screw\r\n4x M6 washer\r\n4x M6 spring ring\r\n1x Aluminium spindle clamp (hole distance: 20x70mm)\r\n16x M3x16 up to 20mm allen screw\r\n\r\nAssembly steps are as follows:\r\n\r\n1. Remove the supports.\r\n2. Heat (with a hot air blower or lighter) the m6 nut (screwed on a M6 screw) to press it into the pocket.\r\n3. Cut/smooth the backside after inserting the nuts.\r\n4. Use M6 screws with washers and spring rings or shorten the screws to 63mm for optimal results.\r\n\r\nOptional: If holes are too tight, drill them with 3,5 or 6,5mm for better fit.
