thingiverse
The base plate allows you to attach different spindle plates to spindle clamps with the following diameters: 45mm, 52mm, 54mm, 55mm, 65mm, and 80mm. You will need the following additional materials: * 4 M6 nuts * 4 M6 x 65mm screws * 4 M6 washers * 4 M6 spring rings * 8 M4 x 16 allen screws * 4 M4 nuts To assemble, follow these steps: 1. Use a hot air blower or lighter to heat the M6 nut (screwed onto an M6 screw) until it is pliable and can be pressed into place. 2. Once the nut is inserted, cut or smooth out the backside of the assembly. 3. You can use either M6 screws with washers and spring rings, or shorten the screws to 63mm. If the holes are too tight, you can drill them out using a 4.0mm or 6.5mm drill bit. Here are the spindle clamp hole distances for each spindle plate: * Spindle plate 45mm: 58 x 20mm (Please send a message for testing) * Spindle plate 52 and 54mm: 70 x 20mm (OK) * Spindle plate 65mm: 80 x 25mm (Please send a message for testing) * Spindle plate 80mm: 90 x 30mm (Please send a message for testing)
