I have a large collection of baseboards from IKEA, specifically the TORV model. As you might expect, these pieces are missing the corners and end stops, so I set out to design them using openScad. One major benefit of this approach is that the corners don't have to be exactly 90 degrees. If you use the openScad files provided, you can easily adjust the angle of the corners to suit your needs. I've already printed a few sets and they work perfectly. Now, I'm busy creating a part that can be installed around a door post. Update: As of June 7th, 2017, the cutout for wires has been improved, making it easier to print without any issues. You can now print all the parts without needing supports, and there's no risk of overhang problems. Update (June 11th, 2017): I discovered a small error in the scad file - one point was located below the baseline, which caused the parts to not stick properly to the bed. This has been fixed. Please note that I'm using the rotate_extrude function with an angle. To use this feature, you'll need openScad versions 2016.xx or later and to specify the parameter "angle". This is why I didn't create customized versions for earlier software versions.
