Baseball cap made of articulated fabric, 3D printed from PLA.Please see this short video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7Hk1-2h5WbMThe cap is very soft, comfortable and durable. The front is solid, the sides and back are made of 3D printed fabric and attached using quick-connect and durable fasteners. Please purchase my customizer program for applying your picture to the front of the baseball cap ("Amazing STL Creator 14 alpha"). https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/fashion/baseball-cap-articulated-app-for-your-logoFor these STL files, you will get a baseball cap with a head girth of 62 cm (this is a large head, a little big for me). To make a baseball cap to your size, you need to change the scale of all STL files in the slicer. If you need a girth of 55 cm (my 9-year-old son), then in the slicer you need to make the scale 89% (55/62 = 0.89)IMPORTANT! You should print 4 sectors, not 3: A+A+B+C (two sectors A are the same)Thank you, Mic-B0t, for this wonderful video! https://youtu.be/9Pe-qu2eEjc?sihttps://www.patreon.com/posts/april-designer-101061761I'm amazed that printing quickly on Bambu Lab produces such a soft fabric! Thanks Marc3DP for printing and showing the cap!https://youtu.be/B5dfC88l0Gc?si=54Ehj25lKBvDFyha&t=125Thank you Erinccc and LukeintheGarage for your short videos!https://www.youtube.com/shorts/SHh6TXpPPbkhttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/Ku5T3kZL9IIThe era of 3D printing clothes and hats made of articulated fabric has begun) Soon, a full-fledged ASC14 program will allow you to choose about 10 types of fabric and create about 20 items of clothing, hats and fabric/leather accessorieshttps://www.patreon.com/PrintInPlace_funif you want to legally sell such baseball caps or STL models created by the ASC14 program, please become an active subscriber of my Patreon page:https://www.patreon.com/PrintInPlace_fun3D PRINTING SETTINGSno supports;0,4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height;20 mm/sec for first layer, 60 mm/sec for other layers;PLA and silk PLA works greatTotal printing time is 20 hours on a regular printer and about 10 hours on Bambulab.
