This innovative design transforms any baseball cap into an effective Covid-19 face shield. To assemble it, simply print out two different clips: one for the front of the peak and another for the side. Next, cut a piece of plastic to match the unique contour of your hat. Insert this custom-fit piece into the thin slot, securing it firmly in place by pushing a thumb tack or push pin through the small hole. I successfully printed this design using ABS, but PLA should also work well.
