Made this to slip into a baseball-style cap for protection from minor jolts when working around the home. Secured with a couple of Velcro dots and cushioned with moleskin on the inside for extra comfort. Can be resized to fit various hat sizes. REMEMBER - This is not a substitute for a real hard hat, just protection for small knocks and bumps. Printed in ABS and PET to test which one I prefer. PLA seemed too rigid and prone to breaking.
