Baseball Bat - Original size
thingiverse
I scaled up the design until it reached a whopping 810mm, mirroring the original size of a standard baseball bat. All parts, except numbers one and seven, were printed with a 0.3 layer thickness and a 5% infill density to save on material costs. The other parts were printed in vase mode to achieve an optimal balance between print speed and structural integrity. Once all the parts were ready, I assembled them together using a generous amount of ABS juice as adhesive. This ensured a strong bond between the components. To accommodate my 200mm print bed height limit, I carefully cut the assembled parts into seven separate sections, allowing me to print each segment independently without any issues.
