Baseball Bank
thingiverse
The original design is by GldWarrior. Thanks go out to them. A fantastic gift for the young baseball enthusiast in your life, this one-of-a-kind creation features a modified ball transformed into a bank that still works seamlessly with GldWarrior's bases. Take a look at some of my other Banks. Update: Three versions are available, but note that the plugs are not interchangeable: 1. The pictured bank was printed on x1 (70 mm diameter) file scale; it can only hold pennies, nickels, dimes, and quarters currently. With $25 USD in quarters, it's a great starting point. Scaling up will allow it to hold all coins. Added 9-24-2018 2. The v2 revision features a larger plug hole that allows all coins to pass through on this x1 scale. A quick-fit plug is included for easier scaling and fitting (85 mm diameter ball). With $45 USD in quarters, you'll be set. Added 9-24-2018 3. The v3 revision includes all coins and removes the top coin slot, relocating it to the plug for a sleeker display (85 mm diameter ball). It still holds $45 USD in quarters. Added 9-24-2018 4. The updated plug key for v2 has been corrected; the original file contained an incorrect key. Fixed on 11-10-2018 5. The ball design that uses the slotted plug has been revised; previously, it wasn't round. This issue is resolved in the v4 file. Added 1-17-2019 If you have any ideas or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Enjoy!
