Note: In the United States, safety regulations require warning labels on toys with small parts. A tool called the small parts test fixture measures toy parts by fitting into a cylinder tube. This tube is 1.25 inches in diameter and between 1 to 2.25 inches deep, mimicking a child's mouth and pharynx. If an object fits inside the tube, it's considered a small part that needs labeling as a choking hazard for young children. This 3D printed puzzle at its current scale contains small parts that could pose a risk to children under three years old. To make this toy safe for younger kids, consider scaling up the design on a larger print bed with dimensions of at least 9 inches by 9 inches.
