Base Plate to mount Heatbed Mosfet & ATC fuses

thingiverse

I designed a mount for my BIQU heat bed Mosfet & ATC fuses to attach under my Folgertech Kossel 2020 printer's acrylic mounts, and this is what I created. If I were to remake it, I would add wire tie holes to better manage the wires. I purchased the BIQU from eBay in China because I didn't need it right away. I used two M3x25mm screws to attach the fuse holders together, two M3-16mm screws to secure the other part of the frame to the acrylic, and four M3x12mm screws to mount the BIQU to its plastic holder. You must first attach the BIQU to this mount before attaching it to the acrylic. I intended to rotate the BIQU 180 degrees so that the white cable would reach without an extension, but it was easier to solder two more leads onto it rather than removing and re-wiring the 12v connections. I used special M3 plastic wrenches I designed to make it simpler to attach this to the acrylic instead of using needle-nose pliers. A 15A fuse is used for the Heat Bed 12v line, while a 10A fuse is used for the MKS 12v line. I included STL and OpenSCAD files for the base plate, fuse holders, and M3 special tools.
