Instructions: Laser Cut the Base Plates. Machining is required for a thick plate to surround positive stops on the back and screw holes in the front. The "A" plate serves as the working space with pins from the base plate and a 1-inch grid. Lower laser power, go at max speed, you will get faint marks for alignment. Glue or use VHB tape. Due to stacking tolerances, plates may need to be surfaced or corrected with shims.
