The original design is impressive but its base proves too small and slender to securely grasp onto the channels of the K40. Once you've printed the 90-degree piece, simply insert it into the cutout. Next, apply a thin layer of 1/4 inch shipping packing foam for a tight seal, securing it with glue. A DXF file is also available for cutting out the foam to achieve a precise fit.
