I created a Lithophane with a 100mm base frame using a night light from the dollar store and http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/. I chose the Outer Curve style. In Model settings, I selected Max Size of 100mm and Thickness of 3mm. In Image Settings, I set it to positive.
