Base for Workable Doors
prusaprinters

This is a base for RobagoN's amazing Working Doors (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2929682), set up for Gloomhaven. It took me a long time to get my printer dialed in to print the bridge on the doors, and in the meantime I ended up with a bunch of working "single" doors that needed some way to get joined together.

While playing, one of my players mentioned that he actually liked those ones, since he didn't have to worry about bumping the archway when putting his figure on that space. So, I built this base to glue my loose doors onto, to hold them together. I left a cutout in the middle so that I could put an appropriate overlay tile into it (at either hexagonal orientation), so that it would look nice in the dungeon. Now, I just need to figure out how I want to paint the thing so that it'll be unobtrusive with any potential floor tile...

Update: I showed this to RobagoN and asked if he'd like to include it in the base model, and he was kind enough to accept my suggestion. So, this thing isn't needed any more. Since mine is a bit different, I'll leave it up, but I don't think that there's any reason to use this one instead of his.

Print Settings

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2 mm

Notes:

Print it upside-down unless your printer is really good at bridging!

Category: Toy & Game Accessories
