The TUSH spool rollers can be improved upon, but their design is clever enough to warrant a tweak rather than a complete overhaul. The way they clip together and are straightforward to print made me decide to keep them instead of opting for something more substantial. So I created a clip-on base that keeps them upright and aligned. My spools measured 63mm from one outer edge to the other (I think), so I designed this base wide enough to accommodate that minimum size. You might be able to fit a slightly wider spool onto it as well. I printed a satisfactory copy at 0.4mm nozzle, 0.3mm layers, 1.2mm perimeters and 1.2mm top/bottom, with 20% infill. It's a simple object so its stability is not crucial, but the four clips that hold the TUSH in place, along with their foundation, need to be solid. This is an accessory for the TUSH, not a remix of it. I will label this as a remix so it links back to its thingiverse page.
