Base for Ishtar
prusaprinters
I printed the very beautiful https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32405 and felt she would need some sort of a shrine around her. The first approach was to print some 8-pointed-stars as this is said to be one of her symbols. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4590757 The next step is here, a demi-circle with stars at her feet and a simple structure to hold the tile. For the dimensions: I printed the tile at 29% which ended at about 10cm width and 10+ mm thickness of the tile. So I designed the base to fit those measures. At printing I paused the print in octoprint to change filament for just one layer of blue among the off-white layers. Check it out in the gcode viewer, you can either make the stars sit on a blue background or make the next 1 or 2 layers blue for blue stars on white. This is just one implementation, the FreeCAD source file is in the download and you can easily adapt it. I wonder if anyone will ever do. Category: Decor
