You can recreate the circuit board of a SanDisk Cruzer Blade USB stick. My model has an 8-gigabyte capacity that sells for $6 locally. To assemble this design, you will need to use a small amount of hot glue to secure it to the board. There might be some extra space between the pieces depending on your print settings. I recommend using a 0.1 millimeter layer height for best results. A custom case consisting of two parts can then be printed around the base section. Once you connect it to a computer, there is roughly two and three tenths to three millimeters clearance between the base and the main machine part.
