Base Ball

I just created base ball using some new features (new for me till before this exercise infact, ;p) features like creating curve through reference points, sketching on surfaces that's spline on surface, then curve driven pattern! good exercise infact, I request the engineers to please guide me how to get a better rendering of this base ball n rest of the parts, which software you people use for rendering and give real effects, as this base ball is really much shining which is never found in real time. Request to upload a better rendered images... Thanks
