After several months of research and work, the final result is finally here. It cost me around 150€ although I managed to salvage a lot. The whole thing is based on a raspberry pi 3 b+ under recalbox in the case of an Minitel Matra M1. The screen is an 8" first price model from Eyoyo bought on Ebay. I removed the frame of the screen to make it fit and put its speakers on the sides with printed 3d grilles. For power, I'm using a ps3 plug (salvaged) that I've soldered to a square multiprise 4 plug for more simplicity. For the joysticks, I used a pack from Quimat available for around twenty euros on Amazon. Finally, I use a usb hub that comes out on the right side so you can plug in other controllers and thus play with friends. Although I have no experience, I'm very proud of the result; I don't know if I'd do another one...
