Here's how to build a mini bartop arcade using MDF with a raspberry pi: Mini Bartop Arcade Made of MDF Using Raspberry Pi. To begin, cut out all parts from a single 4x4 sheet of half-inch plywood. If you're not using MDF, the width of your mortises may need adjustment. I opted for MDF in this build. Use a one-quarter inch straight bit to make precise cuts on all parts except the screw holes. Mortise holes are drilled at a depth of point twenty-five inches, while the remaining screw holes are carefully drilled with a one-eighth inch drill bit. This allows easy assembly and disassembly, avoiding the need for permanent adhesives unless necessary.
