Barska 20-60x60 scope mount receiver

A simple repair part for the receiver section of the Barska 20-60x60 spotting scope. The tripod mount attaches directly to this component. The original plastic that supported the two screws holding this piece in place was only 2mm thick and broke on my wife's scope, so I designed a basic replacement. Made from thicker material, the new plastic is now 3mm thick. I reused the original brass nut. To remove it from the old part, I cracked the piece open using force, but instead of attempting to extract the nut carefully, I simply used a soldering iron to set the nut into the new replacement. Not a highly refined or sophisticated creation (it was made using Tinkercad), but it functions as intended.
