Barrina T8 Vertical Stand
thingiverse
I needed a lot more light for my homemade hydroponic tower. I bought some Barrina T8 LED lights but needed to mount them vertically around the tower. I used some lengths of 33mm O.D. 30mm I.D. PVC pipe to make the legs and the vertical piece. Cut to whatever length you need. 4 stand supports that balance the stand. And 1 vertical post to hold the clip/light. I just superglued them in place. I ran the cord down through the clip and vertical pipe. I drilled a hole in the base of the vertical pipe to pass the wire through. The light just slides into the top clip and is just held there by gravity. So you aren't modifying the light at all. If you get a little wobble from bent pipe just add some felt pads under the ends of the base legs. Thanks to Andrew Peterson and his great hydroponic tower videos. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBGkCivdC4wX-UIAabSxWbJDlTFYpPWcu
