Barrel Mounted Picatinny
thingiverse
I designed this custom barrel-mounted picatinny rail for my Keltec Sub2000 9mm carbine, but it will fit on any 16mm barrel rifle. You can easily customize the design to suit any barrel size using TinkerCAD. The top of the mount is left without a picatinny rail because my rifle folds vertically in half for storage. The mount fits snugly between the front sight and hand guard on the barrel. I added a screw and nut, but you'll likely need to purchase them separately since they might be difficult to print. The holes are designed for M3 X .5mm nuts and 14mm long socket head screws. You can give it a try and see how it turns out, but I wish you the best of luck! Make sure to check out my design online at Tinkercad, where you can edit it as needed: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/6ckseyNpfMV Here are my print settings: Printer: ANet A8 Rafts: None Supports: Yes Resolution: .08mm layer, 4mm nozzle, 30mm/sec Infill: 100% Notes: Print at 200 degrees C with a bed temperature of 50 C and a speed of 30mm/sec. I printed it right side up with support.
