I crafted this solution to tackle the notorious heat creep issue head-on. Additionally, I aimed to eliminate intake and exhaust turbulence from distorting the part, as thin profiles are notoriously vulnerable to such warping effects. This design centers around the J-Head hot ends, though it could potentially work with other hot ends boasting a 16mm diameter barrel. My intention was to utilize this setup with ABS and similar materials where cooling the part would be counterproductive. For PLA applications, however, an additional fan is necessary to cool the part once it's been laid down.
