To replace my son's bike's barrel adjuster, I printed one using a 12-inch wheel diameter on an Ultimaker with PLA material. Due to PLA's shrinkage, it fits an inner diameter of 6.55mm. Since brake handles for larger bikes have larger dimensions, the model must be scaled accordingly.
