A fresh perspective on the design, optimized for easy printing with minimal supports required. Each component is carefully crafted to be self-explanatory. When removing the gearbox from the MX8 model, keep in mind that you'll lose the timing reference. Fortunately, newer models feature a clear indicator on the gearbox, ensuring correct alignment during reassembly. Without proper timing, the path of travel will deviate significantly from the intended route. Additionally, I've redesigned the bevel gears with precise attention to detail, but I'm still uncertain about the clearance and spacing. To address this, I've included adjustable spacers that can be scaled to achieve any desired thickness. By trial and error, I added spacers as needed until the gears ran smoothly without slipping.
