Squared ground level rock discovered on Barningham Moor in County Durham's Scale Knoll Allotment area. This panel is cited eleven times in Beckensall and Laurie’s 1998 book, ‘Prehistoric Rock Art of County Durham, Swaledale and Wensleydale’ and was entered into ERA by NADRAP as 'Barningham Moor 3' in 2008. It's part of scheduled prehistoric walling with an unusual reversed 'N' or 'Z', depending on the viewing angle. Tool marks similar to those made by a metal chisel remain visible. ERA record: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=802 Historic England scheduling: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1017430 A 3D model was created from two image sets captured by NADRAP Team 5 in August 2005 and September 2006.
