Carving located near the Black Hill Gate area on Barningham Moor, County Durham. This ground-level stone sits within the moorland boundary of Barningham Moor, several metres east of the walling surrounding The Stang plantation. It's listed on page 66 of Beckensall & Laurie's 1998 publication 'Prehistoric Rock Art of County Durham, Swaledale and Wensleydale.' NADRAP added it to ERA as 'Barningham Moor 24' in 2008. According to the NADRAP team: "The motifs consist of sixteen cups of varying size and depth, scattered randomly around the surface. Five cups near the north-east corner are connected by a single groove. The cups at the northern end are deeper and more defined."
