Human: A rock carved with prehistoric art has been found on Barningham Moor, County Durham, near a site known as Washbeck Green.\nThis flat rock is heavily pitted and sits at ground level, located towards the western end of an ancient enclosure that resembles a kidney shape.\nThe carving was documented in Beckensall & Laurie's 1998 book 'Prehistoric Rock Art of County Durham, Swaledale and Wensleydale' as 'Barningham Moor 115', and it was added to the ERA database in 2008 by NADRAP.\nThe rock art varies in complexity depending on how it is viewed. It can be seen as a single cup-shaped design (Historic England), or two cups, one inside a diamond shape with a linear groove (NADRAP).\nERA record: https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/media.jsf?eraId=918\nThis area is listed on Historic England's schedule as 1017418.\nThe model was created from two stereo pairs of images taken by NADRAP Team 5 in February 2007.
