My neighbor approached me with a request: could I design and print a replacement attachment for his Barnett Crossbow quiver? He explained that he, his wife, and brother all had the same model, and the quiver attachment had broken on each of them. The manufacturer was unresponsive when contacted about replacing it. I designed a beefier block with no hollowed-out areas to save material, inserted a steel washer during printing, and added a clip to ensure it stayed securely in place. My neighbor tested it out hunting last weekend and reported that it worked flawlessly. To achieve optimal print quality, consider using support for the tunnel area that slides over the rail on the underside of the crossbow barrel or rail. I had to file down a small imperfection, but since it's not visible when installed, it wasn't a major concern.
