We've got some rambunctious neighboring dogs that love to come bark at our fence, sending our own dogs into a frenzy. The affordable ultrasonic anti-bark devices work great to discourage the bark-a-thons; however, water quickly gets in and ruins them. So here's a nice weather shelter for it.
