Baritone horn / trombone mouthpiece

My daughter required a 3D printed plastic mouthpiece for her Baritone Horn to prevent freezing in January's marching band. I carefully measured it against the metal mouthpiece and found it nearly identical in sound quality, even less harsh. Fellow band-mates are now interested too. For printing, ABS with 0.25mm thickness and 95% infill, triple wall was used. The large bell part needs smoothing via sanding or acetone bath. A cooling fan is necessary for the small end to prevent deformation.
