A fresh addition to the Bare Bones family lineup. A 90mm Dead Cat designed specifically for 1103 motors, paired with a Powerwhoop board and a 14mm (E02) camera. Built on the successful 85mm Bare Bones frame platform, I aimed to achieve a lower profile and minimize prop visibility. This new frame was engineered to print flawlessly with a 0.3mm Nozzle, with optimal slicing results achieved at a 0.3mm line width. Future versions of this frame will be developed, including an option featuring ducts and a 16x16 board mount, as well as various nozzle configurations. To achieve the desired print quality, I utilized 30% infill, three walls, a 0.3mm nozzle in ABS material. Printing top side down with no support is essential for achieving the best results, just like with the other Bare Bones frames.
