Bardsung - Monster holder identifier

Inspired by [Irap's Bardsung Monster Card Holders thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5690705), I created these to allow multiple tokens to be attributed to the same monster, as it happens in several chapters (at least in the beginning). The base is just a tad smaller than the cards width, allowing to fully see the behaviour symbols on the corner and the ability text, and with enough dimension and weight to hold itself without tumbling over with the weight of the card (at least with the filament I've used and at 25% infill). It fits sleeved cards or at least thin sleeves as per my test.
