The 3D model I created was based on the concept of Veerle Zandstra, which can be seen at https://www.artstation.com/artwork/Pm1ZrZ. Working on this project taught me a lot, and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to learn from it. Although I started working on this model about one or two months ago, I didn't have as much time as I would have liked due to exams and other projects that needed my attention. Recently, I visited a 3D workshop where I was able to reassess my topology and make some significant changes. By optimizing the topology, I was able to reduce the polycount substantially, which was a major breakthrough for me. This experience also made me realize the importance of streamlining my workflow to be more efficient and save time in the future. With this newfound knowledge, I'm eager to put it into practice on my next project and see how it turns out. Despite the challenges I faced, working on this model was a rewarding experience that I thoroughly enjoyed, and I'm thrilled with the final result.
