Barbie Head Repair Hook

My little ones were busy at play, but their enthusiasm got the best of them and they snapped off the head of one of their beloved Barbies. I took to the web in search of a solution and stumbled upon an original pin design that sparked my creativity (check out this inspiring pic from http://babes-in-toyland.blogspot.com/2013/10/how2-behead-babs-well.html). Upon closer inspection, I noticed the bar that ran through the loop was damaged, so I broke out my trusty Dremel and carefully cleaned out the neck hole to prepare it for its new peg. Next, I designed a custom peg to slide smoothly into place and printed it in two halves before assembling them together with some strong glue. Once the adhesive had set, I inserted the peg into the Barbie's neck, and voila! The head popped back on, turning freely just as if nothing was amiss. It's crucial to test-fit all the parts before gluing the pin in place, folks. If you're not careful, you might end up with a bit of a mess. But fear not, I've got your back - simply pop that pesky peg out of the Barbie head using a small flathead screwdriver and avoid letting it fall into the abyss. All parts were meticulously run through NetFab online before being uploaded for safe printing.
