Barbie Head Repair Hook
thingiverse
I bought my kids a Barbie, but they broke the head off one of their dolls. I searched online and came across a post showing how to make a beheaded Barbie (Picture attached from http://babes-in-toyland.blogspot.com/2013/10/how2-behead-babs-well.html). The bar that went through the loop was broken, so I used a Dremel tool to clean out the neck hole and designed this peg to fit inside. I printed the part in two halves and glued them together before gluing the peg into the Barbie's neck. Once the glue dried, the head snapped right back on and could turn freely. I suggest checking how everything fits together before you glue the pin in place. You can remove the peg from the Barbie's head with a flathead screwdriver; just be careful not to drop it inside.
