A classic barber shop rotating pole model features four objects, including frame, pole, glass, and lamp. These objects are parented and can be rotated or animated. Each object has its unique non-overlapping UV layout map, material, and PBR texture set. The 3D model is production-ready with provided PBR materials, textures, and UV Layout maps in the package. It consists of quads only geometries and no tris/ngons or poles. The model is easily customizable as it comes with UV unwrapped geometries, enabling you to create new textures (or modify existing ones) using the provided UV layout maps (PNG format with alpha). Objects, materials, and textures are named meaningfully. PBR texture files are included in a subfolder within the BLEND and MAX (VRAY) archives, along with scene files. The model has been created in Blender 3D 2.79 using Cycles materials and in 3DS Max 2019 using V-Ray Next 4.02.04 materials. Promo images showcase the model's appearance in various renderings, with formats like 3DS, FBX, OBJ included, and scenes available for Blender 3D (2.79 with Cycles materials) and 3DS Max 2019 (V-Ray Next 4.02.04 materials). Each object has a resolution of 2048x2048 pixels and was created using Substance Painter 2 for PBR textures. The model consists of 15,500 vertices and 15,389 quad faces (equivalent to 30,778 tris). It follows real-world dimensions with scene scale units in meters for Blender 3D and centimeters for MAX. The object has a uniform scale with applied scaling in Blender 3D and 100% scale in 3DS Max. Textures are stripped in the 3DS Max scene. Additionally, a PBR Multi-Engine Textures Pack is included, offering various rendering engine or game engine textures for flexibility in using the model across different platforms.
