Barbell or dumbbell lock-jaw collar inner diameter 29 mm padded with 2mm rubber pads to fit a 26mm bar. All components should be printed from PETG or ABS with support in place everywhere and oriented as directed. Infill at 35% is sufficient for all parts except the "clip" which requires 50%. Layer height of 0.2mm, shell thickness of 1.2 mm, bottom/top thickness of 1.2 mm except for the "clip" part which should be 2.4mm. For the axle hole, I cut a regular nail to the desired length, 2mm in diameter, and for the 3mm hole, I cut two pieces of M3 threaded rod about 34mm long. After threading them in, I cut off excess material and filed the ends flush with the face of the collar. A Freecad file is also available so you can modify the parts to suit your needs. My collar fits perfectly, holding vertically up to a 10kg weight on my EZ bar.
