Barbell nut & bolt

I replaced my old weight set's broken nuts/bolts that held the weights on the bars with this replacement. Print Settings Printer: DaVinci 1.0 / Repetier Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: bolt: 100% nut:30% Notes: You can print without supports but it looks better with them. The nut part should have at least 20% infill with three outer layers, seven top/bottom layers, while the bolt should be solid. I printed one in PETG which is the strongest material, but I also used ABS. If the bolt isn't solid, it will snap under any sideways force. A 100% infill for the bolt is required. ABS doesn't provide much friction on the steel bar, but it does hold. If it doesn't, you can use a bit of tape on the bar and then slip the bolt onto the bar and tighten it down.
