Essentially a match for Zockerbender's cable clips, I found that adding a small notch to the end keeps it from slipping. It works particularly well in slightly wider gaps and those with fabric on one side, like where pillars meet windshields. If it still doesn't fit snugly, try scaling up by about 0.1 size.
