thingiverse
The Barbe House, a masterpiece designed by the renowned Louis H. Sullivan of Adler & Sullivan Architects, stands proudly at 32nd and Prairie in Chicago, Illinois. Constructed in 1884, this stunning terracotta-clad building was a testament to Sullivan's innovative spirit. Unfortunately, time took its toll, and the Barbe House met its demise in 1963. Fortunately, Tom Burtonwood and Tim Samuelson saw fit to scan and publish the house for all to see. Its story is set to be immortalized in their forthcoming 3D printed book, "Sullivan Before Thirty: The Young Man in Architecture".
