I reside in a region where spare parts for Baratza are notoriously difficult to procure, particularly when dealing with the so-called "authorized dealer" who imposes a hefty $100 service fee while insisting that you send your machine in for servicing before even discussing your needs. It's nothing short of ironic, given that Baratzas are highly valued for their owner-serviceability feature. Faced with this situation, I opted to create my own model and print the $5 part locally instead of ordering it from overseas.
