Baratza Encore-compatible Paddle Wheel
thingiverse
**BE AWARE** this part directly contact the grounds - make sure to only use food-safe filaments **READ BEFORE PRINTING** - this is not an exact reproduction of the part as sold by baratza, the height of the paddle is slightly different and may cause calibration issues. This part was created when I ordered a Baratza encore off of ebay and it came with a completely worn-out/melted paddle wheel - wanting a quick fix, I measured what was left in the wreckage and got a working version printed but I didn't have a functional part to measure and print so the measurements are certain to be *slightly* different. Note that this grinder uses spacing washers to help calibrate the vertical positioning of the burr. This is meant to be a printable replacement part for the paddle wheel which sits below the Baratza Encore MODEL 484 grinding burr. Functionally, this part is responsible for ejecting the ground coffee from below the burr after it has been pulverized. The part was created using millimeters in blender and may need some proportionate scaling in other applications (when I imported this into prusa slicer I had to scale it up by 100,000) should be functionally equivalent to [the official baratza part](https://www.baratza.com/shop/paddle-wheel-2)
