I adore my Baratza Encore, but often find myself sweeping up coffee dregs from underneath it. This straightforward tray perfectly complements the grinder's foundation, effortlessly catching stray grounds as they fall. Approximately every seven days, I give it a quick shake over the wastebasket to clear out any accumulated debris.
