The new SLIM hairclip version eliminates the need for a third spring while reducing its size significantly without affecting strength or function. This improved design reportedly feels more secure when worn, but user feedback on fit is appreciated. The rainbow-colored clip was printed with a single 79cm (31") string of ABS filament in various colors. An optional Nyan-Cat add-on can be printed separately, painted, and attached using hot glue. To print the Nyan-Cat, use a raft and carefully remove it before painting and attaching to the clip. Choose from Nyan-Cat Mk2 with indented eyes and mouth or Mk3 with a flat face; Mk2 may require more smoothing with acrylic paints for an appealing appearance.
